Gas Cabinets G30

JiWa G30 gas cabinets are fire rated for 30 minutes and are designed in accordance with the European standard EN 14470-2 for gas cabinets used in laboratories. The cabinets are supplied with a lock and two keys.

For indoor storage of flammable gases, EI30 fire separation is required when the total stored volume exceeds 0 litres in premises accessible to the public and 60 litres in premises not accessible to the public, in accordance with MSBFS 2020:1. This fire-rated gas cabinet is designed to meet that requirement.

Publicly accessible premises refers to operations or environments to which members of the public have access.

Ventilation of Flammable Gases

An EX-rated fan is required when ventilating flammable gases in accordance with AFS 2003:3.
