Fire-insulated battery cabinets

JiWa battery cabinets are fire-insulated and fire-tested for external fire according to SP method 2369. The cabinets are supplied with two smoke detectors that are activated by smoke, a rapid temperature increase, and when the internal cabinet temperature exceeds 54°C. The external alarm is supplied loose inside the cabinet for optional placement, while the internal alarm is mounted on the inside ceiling of the cabinet. Pre-installed electrical wiring and a power strip are included. Perforated shelf/shelves are included; the shelves support 50 kg of evenly distributed load. The cabinets are ventilated through the roof fitted with a fire damper. Ventilation must always be connected.

Tests
– Fire-tested for external fire according to SP method 2369.
– Tested by RISE in accordance with IEC/EN 60335-1:2023+A11:2023 for safe charging and use in environments where uninstructed persons handle the equipment.
– The cabinets are tested with regard to safety, strength, durability, and stability in accordance with EN 16121, EN 14073-2, and EN 14074.
– Strength of moving parts according to SS-EN 14074.
– Determination of strength and durability ISO 7170:2005.
– Workmanship quality according to SS 83 90 30, edition 3.
– Meets Möbelfakta’s extra high requirements for surface durability.
