F90 Fire-rated Battery Cabinets

JiWa F90 fire-rated battery cabinets provide 90 minutes of external fire resistance in accordance with EN 14470-1 and EN 1363-1, together with an internal fire-rated construction classified EI180 in accordance with EN 13501-2. The cabinets are equipped with self-closing doors that are locked separately, as well as a dedicated grounding point.

The cabinets feature a Ø100 mm ventilation connection for supply air and connection to extract air. Ventilation must always be connected. Available accessories include perforated shelves, bottom spill trays and fire extinguishers. The shelves have a load capacity of 100 kg with an evenly distributed load.

For electrical supply inside the cabinet for charging, a PACABLI cable entry is required. For LIX-4 cabinets, PACABLI is not required when a power strip is ordered with the cabinet, as the electrical supply is then routed through the same entry as the alarm.

An equipment package is selected for each cabinet: LI with no equipment, LIA2/4 with a FirePro fire extinguisher and 2 or 4 perforated shelves, and LIX2/4 with a FirePro fire extinguisher, control box, audible alarm, smoke detector and 2 or 4 perforated shelves.

The standard cabinet colour is white RAL 9010, with black RAL 9005 available on request. An optional compartment module can also be added, providing one electrical outlet per charging point.

The cabinets can also be configured for three-phase connection on request.
