F60 Chemical Storage Cabinet – Full-height Double Door (F60-KEM5)

JiWa F60 fire-separating chemical storage cabinets are tested and approved for 60 minutes in accordance with EN 14470-1. They have self-closing doors that can be held open but close automatically if the room temperature rises by 50°C. Doors are locked separately. A supply- and extract-air ventilation duct runs from top to bottom, providing ventilation across each shelf. The cabinets have Ø100 mm ventilation connections, adjustable shelves and a bottom spill tray. Shelves withstand an evenly distributed load of 50 kg.

These fire-rated cabinets are suitable for sensitive environments, high fire-protection requirements or storage of more than 1,000 litres of flammable goods with a flash point of 30°C or lower.

Spill containment: Bunding must contain at least 10% of the total stored volume, but always at least the volume of the largest container (MSBFS 2023:2).

Ventilation: AFS 2023:10 30§: Storage cabinets must have mechanical ventilation where hazardous gases or vapours may be released from containers.
